Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Contract Governing The Terms Of Maintenance Services For Green Spaces On Sites And Premises Managed By The Hospice Général. This Framework Contract Aims To Cover Recurring Services Over Several Years, And Not A One-Off Purchase. The Hospice Général Therefore Wishes To Conclude A Framework Contract With One (1) Winning Company In Order To Carry Out Maintenance Work On Green Spaces On A Regular Basis, Depending On The Needs That Arise Over Time. The Framework Contract Will Be Concluded For An Initial Period Of Three (3) Years, With The Possibility Of Extension By Two (2) Additional Periods Of One Year, By Agreement Between The Two Parties, Depending On The Needs And Performance Of The Service Provider (I.E. A Maximum Total Duration Of 5 Years).
