The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Successive Supply Of Liquid Fuel - Diesel Oil In The Amount Of Approximately 260,000 Liters, Including Deliveries To The Ordering Partys Locations As Follows: A) Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych Rudno Sp. Z O. O. Rudno 17, Ostróda Commune (Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 5 M3 And A Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 - The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is Approximately 2 M3), B) Municipal Waste Transfer Station In Lipowiec, Kurzętnik Commune 53D (Fuel Container With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 - The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is Approximately 0.5 M3) C) Transfer Station Municipal Waste Transfer Station In Półwieś 26A, Zalewo Commune (Fuel Container With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 - The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is Approximately 0.5 M3) D) Municipal Waste Transfer Station In Iława Ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (Fuel Container With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 - The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is Approximately 0.5 M3) 2. As Part Of Successive Deliveries, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Obligations Indicated Below, In Compliance With The Regulations On The Transport And Measurement Of Fuels. A/Delivery Of Diesel Oil By The Contractors Transport (Tank Truck), At The Contractors Expense And Risk. B/ The Road Tanker Should Be Equipped With A Pump Adapted To Transport Liquid Fuel As Well As A Verified Measuring Device For Liquid Fuel; C/Deliveries Of Diesel Oil Successively, I.E. In Batches. The Single Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Delivered Will Be At Least 500 Liters; D/Delivery Of Diesel Oil Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor Specifying The Day Of Delivery Of Diesel Oil And Its Quantity. E/Deliveries Will Take Place From Monday To Friday (Working Days) From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. If An Order Is Placed On Friday Or On The Day Before At Least A Two-Day Holiday Period, The Delivery Date Will Be On The First Next Business Day; F/ The Type Of Diesel Fuel, Determined Depending On The Climatic Conditions (Period), Should Be Appropriate For The Delivery Date. The Supplied Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Applicable Pn-En 590 Standard Or The Standard Replacing It And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), As Amended. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Requirements Of The Standard And Generally Applicable Provisions, The Requirements Arising From Legal Provisions Shall Prevail; G/ For Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Certificate (Quality Certificate) Regarding The Delivered Batch Of Diesel Oil, Issued By The Manufacturer, Importer Or Entity Placing The Fuel On The Market, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Quality Requirements Specified In Point F. This Document Is Required For Each Delivery And Does Not Constitute Evidence Submitted With The Offer; H/Shows On Request Order
