Motor Vehicles – Operational Leasing And Fleet Management. The Procurement Refers To Framework Agreements For Operational Leasing And Fleet Management For Ellevio And The Group Companies Listed As Eligible For Tender In The Procurement Documents. The Assignment Includes Operational Leasing And Administration Of Production Cars, Staff Cars And Benefit Cars As Well As Administration Of Ellevio-Owned Trailers. The Assignment Includes, Among Other Things, Vehicle Ordering, Delivery And Return, Ongoing Vehicle And Fleet Management, Digital Portal And Administration, Follow-Up Of Leasing Agreements And Mileage As Well As Coordination Of Service, Maintenance, Tires, Damage And Other Vehicle-Related Services According To The Procurement Documents. The Framework Agreement Is Intended To Apply From And Including January 1, 2027 Through December 31, 2030. Ellevio Then Has The Unilateral Right To Extend The Framework Agreement By One (1) Year At A Time On A Maximum Of Four (4) Occasions. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including All Extension Options, Is Therefore Eight (8) Years. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Sek 60,000,000 Excluding Value Added Tax And The Maximum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Sek 80,000,000 Excluding Value Added Tax During The Entire Possible Term Of The Framework Agreement. Ellevio Intends To Sign A Framework Agreement With A Supplier.
