The Contracting Authority For This Competition Is Oslofjord Varme (Hereafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority). Oslofjord Varme Is A Norwegian District Heating Company That Builds, Owns And Operates Systems For District Heating And Cooling In The Fornebu, Lysaker And Sandvika Areas In The Stor-Oslo Region. The Contracting Authority Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One (1) Tenderer For The Delivery Of Fuel Oil To Cover Current Energy Needs In The Entity. The Procurement Is For The Following Product Groups: Fuel Oil Low Sulphurbio Based Liquid Energy Products
