The Intercommunal Irrigation Union Of The Forcalquier Region (Siirf) Has Responsibility For “Production, Transport And Distribution Of Raw Water” Throughout Its Territory. The Concessionaires Mission Will Include: - The Exclusive Right For The Concessionaire To Provide The Public Raw Water Supply Service To Users, - The Obligation For The Concessionaire, During The Duration Of The Contract; O To Continuously Supply, To All Users, Water Presenting The Chemical, Physical And Bacteriological Qualities Imposed By The Regulations In Force, O To Operate The Installations For Sampling, Production, Conveyance, Storage And Distribution Of Raw Water In Accordance With The Regulations In Force And To Ensure Their Operation, O To Ensure The Monitoring, Upkeep, Maintenance, Repairs And Renewal Of Equipment In Accordance With The Contractual Clauses, Including: - Maintenance Work On Pipes And Structures, - Renewal Of Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic Accessories, Electromechanical Equipment Of The Installations And Connections, O Where Applicable, To Carry Out The Investments Provided For In This Contract, O To Keep The Plans And Inventory Of The Tangible And Intangible Assets Of The Service Up To Date, O To Collect And Use Information Relating To The Operation Of The Installations And The Execution Of The Service, O To Provide The Union With Advice, Opinions And Warnings On All Questions Concerning The Smooth Running Of The Operation Of The Service And Its Overall Quality As Well As To Contribute To The Development Of Its Strengthening And Extension, O Ensure Relations With Users Of The Service And Associated Customer Management, O Conduct Relations With The Licensing Authority Including The Regular Provision And On Request Of All Information And Summaries On The Management And Technical And Financial Operation Of The Service, O Invoice, Collect And Recover, On Behalf Of The Various Organizations Concerned, From Subscribers Of The Licensed Service, In Return For The Service Provided, The Sums Corresponding To The Following Pricing Elements: - The Concessionaires Share, - The Share Of The Licensing Authority, - The Rights And Additional Charges For The Price Of Water Intended For Public Bodies, - Taxes, Fees Or Contributions That The Concessionaire Would Be Required To Collect From Subscribers Following Decisions Imposed On It. This Contract Also Provides For The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Set Up Separate Analytical Accounting For Production Activities On The One Hand And Distribution Activities On The Other.
