Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Providing Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From Property Owners In The City Of Tychy. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The City Of Tychy. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties Located In The City Of Tychy, Owners Of Real Estate On Which A Summer House Is Located, Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, And Real Estate, Partly Inhabited And Partly Uninhabited, Where Municipal Waste Is Generated (Hereinafter Referred To As Mixed Real Estate); B) Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From The Entities Referred To In Point (A). A) In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; C) Equipping Single-Family Residential Properties With Containers For Municipal Waste Remaining After Segregation (Mixed Waste) And Bags For Collecting Selectively Collected Waste (Paper, Plastics And Metals, Glass And Biodegradable Waste, I.E. Green Waste And Kitchen Waste); D) Equipping Properties Inhabited In Multi-Family Buildings With Containers For Municipal Waste Remaining After Segregation (Mixed Waste) And Waste Collected Selectively (Paper, Plastics And Metals, Glass, Kitchen Waste) And Bags For Green Waste From The Maintenance Of Home Gardens; E) Equipping Residential Properties With Containers Or Bags For Ash From Household Fireplaces; F) Placing Specialized Containers For Batteries And Accumulators And Collecting Waste Collected In Them; G) Placing Specialized Containers For Expired Medicines, Divided Into Liquid And Other Ones, And Collecting Waste Collected In Them; H) Collecting Waste In The Form Of Christmas Trees Generated In Residential Buildings; I) Organizing Three Mobile Collections Of Furniture And Other Bulky Waste And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment Generated In Single-Family Residential Buildings; J) Informing The Ordering Party Each Time About Failure By The Entities Specified In Point A) The Obligation To Selectively Collect Municipal Waste And To Collect This Waste As Mixed Waste, While Informing The Property Owner About Detected Irregularities - The Rules And Procedure In Such Cases Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; K) Submitting Reports On The Implementation Of The Order; L) Participation In Educational And Information Campaigns Organized By The Ordering Party Regarding The Proper Handling Of Municipal Waste, In The Manner Specified In Chapter Xi Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
