These Are Listed In The Sample Contract. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. In Stage One, The Service Phases 1-3 Are Commissioned. There Is No Entitlement To Commission The Next Level. A Negotiation Process With Participation Competition According To § 14 Paragraph 3 And §17 Vgv Is Carried Out In 2 Stages For Structural Planning Services According To Hoai, Part 4, Section 1, § 49 Ff. The Lortzingschule Building Ensemble Is Currently Largely In The Same Condition As It Was When It Was Built (1950S) And Is A Listed Building. The Condition Of The Buildings Means That There Is A Need For Extensive Renovation, Which Cannot Be Implemented As Part Of Normal Building Maintenance. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Ensure The Long-Term Preservation Of The Existing Building Through Sensible Modernization. The Scope Of This Must Be Developed On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Consideration Of Legal Requirements, Technical Feasibility, Monument Protection Regulations, The Greatest Possible Energy Efficiency And The Project Funds. The Extent To Which Additional Optimizations Can Be Taken Into Account With Regard To Climate And Species Protection Must Also Be Examined During The Planning Process.
