The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Renovation And Reconstruction Works Consisting In The Repair, Strengthening And Permanent Protection Of The Right Slope Of The Outflow Channel Of The Storm Overflow Of The Front Dam Of The Goczalkowice Water Reservoir, Together With Preparatory, Temporary, Accompanying, Inspection, Surveying And Cleaning Works Necessary To Achieve A Complete And Safe Operational Effect. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1. Organization And Security Of The Work Area At An Active Class I Hydrotechnical Facility; 1.2. Removal Of Temporary Protection, Turf And Loose, Water-Damaged And Unstable Soil; 1.3. Subfloor Profiling And Preparation Along With Working Drainage; 1.4. Construction Of A Filtration And Separation Layer And Gravel Bedding; 1.5. Construction Of A Three-Stage Gabion Buttress At The Foot Of The Slope; 1.6. Making A Mesh-Stone Mattress And A Hydrotechnical Stone Bedspread; 1.7. Reconstruction Of The Service Road On The Crown Of The Right Embankment Of The Canal; 1.8. Quality Control, Tests, Acceptance Of Disappearing Works And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; 1.9. Waste Management And Restoration Of The Work Area And Access Roads To Proper Condition. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Relevant Means Of Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Means Of Evidence In The Proceedings. 5. If The Ordering Party, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Informs That In Such Cases It Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such European Technical Assessment Standard, Approval, Technical Specification, System Technical Reference. 6. Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract - In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As Kp), Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Personnel Performing Earthworks And Stonework. The Employment Requirement Under An Employment Contract Applies To The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement. The Above Does Not Apply To Employees Performing Short-Term Specialized Work. 7. Other Requirements Regarding Employment And Control Of Compliance With This Obligation Are Specified By The Ppu. 8.
