The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Within The Framework Of The Event Workplace Of The Náchod Museum - Revitalization Of The Defrosting Tunnel, Located On The Land Of St. Plot No. 3027, Plot No. 2067/143 And Other Related Plots In The Cadastral Territory Of Náchod, In Kladská Street. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Mainly The Revitalization Of The Existing Building Of The Former Train Defrosting Tunnel And The Related Adjacent Areas And The Change Of Its Use To A Depository Of Collection Items Of The Museum Of Náchodska. The Building, Which In The Past Was Used To Thaw Coal Loaded On Railway Wagons And Is Currently Not Used, Will Be Used, After Structural Modifications, Mainly For The Safe Storage Of Less Climatically Demanding And Large Collection Items Of The Náchodska Museum. Construction Works Are Divided Into Construction Object So-01 Construction Modifications Of The Building And So-02 Exterior Modifications. Part Of So-01 Is Mainly The Dismantling Of Unnecessary And Out-Of-Date Equipment And Structures, The Construction Of A New Industrial Floor Including Insulation Against Ground Moisture, The Construction Of An Internal Dividing Structure And A Handling Vestibule, The Installation Of New Motor-Operated Sectional Doors, The Modification And Replacement Of Doors And Windows, The Repair Of Internal And External Surfaces, The Modification Of Roof Sheathing, Plumbing Elements And The Execution Of Related Technical Installations, Especially Electrical Installation And Warm Air Ventilation. Part Of So-02 Is Mainly The Dismantling Of The Existing Remains Of Railway Tracks, The Modification And Leveling Of The Terrain, The Construction Of A Paved Access Area Road Including Its Connection To The Regional Road, The Construction Of Paved Areas For Parking, The Construction Of New Area Fencing Including A Sliding Entrance Gate And The Adjustment Of The Remaining Areas. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Engineering Activities Related To The Course Of Implementation, The Processing Of Permits For Intervention In The Pavement And Regional Roads, The Provision Of Approval Procedures And The Handing Over Of Approval Decisions. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of Construction Works, Deliveries And Related Activities Is Defined By The Project Documentation For The Construction Of The Workplace Of The Náchod Museum - Revitalization Of The De-Icing Tunnel, Prepared By Proxion S.R.O., Náchod. This Project Documentation, Which Is Contained In Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation, Includes All Its Parts, Technical Reports, Drawing Documentation, Specifications, As Well As Relevant Administrative Decisions. The Procurement Documentation Also Includes An Itemized List Of Works With A Statement Of Dimensions Listed In Appendix No. 3. When Implementing The Subject Of Performance, It Is Necessary To Comply With All Conditions For The Location And Execution Of The Construction Resulting From The Decision On Planning Permission No. 134/2026 2 Of 18/05/2026 (Munac No. 57452/2026).
