This Contract Includes: ➢ An Ordinary Part Treated At A Fixed Overall Price, Aimed At Providing Fixed-Rate Maintenance Services For The Licenses And Modules Acquired By The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Sap Business Intelligence Software Solution; ➢ A Part Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Comprising: - A Part Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, Having For Purpose The Purchase Of Additional Services, Additional Or Complementary Licenses, Units Of Work Necessary For The Configuration Of New Functionalities, Training Or Days Expertise, Subscription To The User Club And Other References From The Holders Catalog, Relating To The Subject Of The Contract - Services Carried Out After Award Of Subsequent Contracts, In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, Having As Their Subject Additional Deployment Operations Of The Bi4 Software. These Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded When The Need Arises. Their Form And Duration Will Be Determined In The Consultation Documents.
