Public Relations Consultancy Services – Ensuring Citizen Information Services Through A Call Center. The Purpose Of The Call Center Is To Ensure That Citizens Are As Informed As Possible About The Topic Of Energy Assistance, Who Will Be Able To Turn To It As One Of The Forms Of Support Being Prepared. We Expect That A Large Number Of Citizens Will Use The Telephone Form As One Of The Basic Forms Of Information. We Assume That It Will Mainly Be Older People, People From Socially Weaker Groups, Etc. The Activity Of The Call Center Will Mainly Consist In Providing Basic/General Information About Energy Assistance, By Phone And E-Mail, In Checking Whether Or Not A Citizen Is Entitled To Receive Energy Assistance. In The Event Of An Assessment That The Calling Citizen Has Not Met The Conditions For Obtaining Energy Assistance, Efforts Will Be Made To Indicate Further Possible Steps/Proposed Solutions For Resolving The Identified Irregularities. If The Situation Requires It, It Will Provide The Citizen With A Service In The Form Of Sending A Complaint To The Back Office (Hereinafter Referred To As Bo) Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of The Slovak Republic.
