A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order: The Area Of ​​The Radków Commune. 4. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding A Contract Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act. 4.1. The Scope Of The Expected Services To Be Awarded Will Consist In Repeating Similar Orders As The Basic Order And Will Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Order, I.E. Acceptance And Management (Recovery, Collection And Disposal) Of Municipal Waste Generated On Properties Located In The Radków Commune In An Amount Not Exceeding 200 Mg, Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4.2. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Value Of The Contract To Be Awarded May Amount To A Maximum Of 5.65% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. 4.3. The Conditions Under Which The Order (Repetition Of Similar Services) Will Be Awarded: 1) In The Event Of A Prolonged Procedure For Awarding Another Order In An Open Procedure, Which Should Also Be Understood As The Lack Of Resolution Of The Procedure In Such A Procedure, 2) The Award Of The Order Will Be Preceded By A Single-Source Procedure, After Negotiations With The Contractor, 3) The Unit Rate Of Remuneration For The Management Of 1 Mg Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of ​​The Radków Commune Will Be Subject To Negotiation.
