The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Substitute Investor For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Sections Of Ul. Mazowiecka And Ul. Lubelska Together With The Intersection. 2. The Order Covers Supervision Over The Development Of Design Documentation And Its Verification, As Well As Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Lubelska And Mazowiecka Streets In The Design And Build System, As Well As Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Sections Of Ul. Lubelska And Ul. Mazowiecka In The Build System. A. The Basic Scope Of Works Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Lubelska And Mazowiecka Streets In The Design And Build System: 1) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Construction Design (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Fup) Or Documentation For The Notification Of Construction Works And Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works, 2) Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection From The Authority Architectural And Construction Administration To Report The Execution Of Construction Works, Guaranteeing The Possibility Of Carrying Out Construction Works To The Full Extent Provided For In The Construction Design And Executive Designs, 3) Preparing Executive Designs For All The Existing Industries And Accompanying Studies Necessary For The Execution Of Construction Works, 4) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Occurring Industries, 5) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Above-Mentioned Designs And Technical Specifications Approved By The Ordering Party, 6) Ensuring Continuity Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic For The Duration Of The Works (Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works: Design, Execution, Implementation, Maintenance And Decommissioning), 7) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Prepared Design Documentation, 8) Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit And/Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works, 9) Preparing A Map For Design Purposes Together With An Inventory Of All Facilities And Networks Located In The Study Area, If The Obligation To Prepare It Results From Legal Provisions Or The Requirements Of Competent Authorities, 10) Performing Geotechnical Drilling/Open Pits And Preparing A Geotechnical Opinion.
