The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Maintenance Services, Technical Support, Maintenance And Further Development Of The Ordering Partys It Environment, Including The Sap S/4Hana System Along With Standard Components And Dedicated Solutions, Integrations, Reports, Forms, Interfaces And Dedicated Applications Implemented In Sap Technology Used By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of The System, Its Stability, Security, Performance And Compliance With The Business And Regulatory Requirements Of The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. The Services Cover The Entire Functional Scope Of The System In Accordance With The Described System Configuration, Logical Architecture, Functional Scope, Including The Scope Of Modules And A List Of Business Processes Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Maintain The System To The Extent Covered By The Agreement Regarding This Subject Of The Order. Order Under Option Law – Part Ii: A) Software Development Work With Training (Number Of Man-Days: 500). 1 Man-Day = 8 Man-Hours A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz. The Required Deadline For Completing The Basic Order And The Order Covered By The Option Right Is Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
