Office Cleaning Services – Cleaning Service In The Premises Of The Świętokrzyskie Regional Branch And Subordinate District Offices As Well As Outside Buildings. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Cleaning Services To The Ordering Party, Consisting In: • Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Of Office Spaces Of Arimr Facilities In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship; • Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Outside The Building On The Premises Of Arimr Facilities In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship; • Keeping Green Areas Clean And Maintained Around Arimr Facilities In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship; • Providing Arimr Facilities In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship With Cleaning Agents, Cleaning Fluids And Other Hygienic Products (Such As Liquid Soaps, Dishwashing Liquids, Sponges, Toilet Blocks, Air Fresheners, Garbage Bags, Shredder Bags) And Hygienic And Sanitary Materials (Paper Towels And Toilet Papers) In Quantities That Fully Meet The Needs For Proper Functioning In The Facilities Of The Ordering Party, Estimated On The Basis Of The Data Contained In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. A Detailed List Of Areas And Locations Covered By The Service Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. A Detailed List Of The Contractors Activities And Responsibilities As Part Of The Cleaning Service Provided Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. For Reasons That Are Difficult To Predict, The Areas Covered By The Service May Change. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About Possible Corrections No Later Than 15 Days Before Making The Change, Which Will Result In A Proportional Change In Remuneration While Maintaining The Rates Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Price Form. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Resignation From Performing Part Of The Ordered Services. Cleaning Of The Rooms Will Take Place On Working Days, At The Hours Indicated In Annex 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean After Current Renovations Of The Premises (Painting, Construction Modifications, Etc.) As The Workload Equivalent To The Period Of Renovation And The Lack Of Cleaning Services During This Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Additional Services Not Listed Above In Emergency Situations (E.G. Flooding Of Rooms) As Part Of The Monthly Remuneration Received. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires That Everyday Maintenance Activities Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract. It Is Not Required To Employ Persons Who Have Been Hired As Replacements (E.G. For Employees Who Constantly Work While On Vacation Or Sick Leave) Under An Employment Contract.
