Software Package And Information Systems – Providing A License, Installation, Initial Configuration And Maintenance For Online Software, Intended For The Correction And Grading Of Written Exam Assessments, Assignments And Programming Codes. This Contract Concerns The Supply And License, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance And Support Of A Unified Online Software Solution (Web Platform) In A Secure Environment, Intended For The Correction And Grading Of Written Exam Evaluations, Homework And Programming Codes. Details Are Included In The Technical Requirements Later In This Document. The Framework Agreement Also Covers The Provision Of The Web Platform And Its Use, Support Services, Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance, Training And Support Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Platform. The Platform Can Be Used By The Entire University. For The Inventory, Licenses Will Be Counted Per Registration For A Course: That Is To Say Registration Of A Student In A Teaching Unit Subject To An Indefinite Number Of Evaluations Using The Platform. Examples: • A Student Registered For Courses A, B And C Represents Three Registrations; • Two Students Registered In Course A Represent Two Registrations. The Proposed Solution Must Be A Standard Solution Marketed And Fully Operational For At Least One Year Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. Solutions Developed Specifically To Respond To This Market Are Not Accepted. This Contract Includes Two Distinct Items, Namely: - Item 1: Licenses Exclusively Intended For The Faculty Of Applied Sciences; - Item 2: Additional Licenses Intended For The Faculty Of Applied Sciences Or Any Other User Of The Institution The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, Without This List Being Exhaustive, To Order Either Exclusively The Licenses Falling Under Item 1, Or The Licenses Falling Under Item 1 Supplemented By All Or Part Of The Licenses Falling Under Item 2. The Volume Of Orders For Item 2, As Well As The Combination Of Items Actually Ordered, Are Not Guaranteed.
