This Services Contract Consists Of The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Special Specifications. Services Relating To The Design, Organization And Evaluation Of Assessment Centers (Ac) And Development Centers (Dc) For Internal Or External Candidates In The Context Of Selection, Reorientation Or Talent Development Processes. The Training Programs Must Build On Enabels Competency Framework And The Specific Requirements Of The Relevant Positions. They Must Be Possible To Adapt/Scale, Depending On The Goal To Be Achieved And Based On The Information Already Available Internally About The Acquired Competencies. They Should Allow An Objective, Reliable And Fair Assessment Of The Skills, Potential And Development Areas Of The Participants. The Description Of The Services Is Included In Part 5 Of These Specifications. Enabel Wants To Take The Expertise And Specializations Available On The Market Into Account As Much As Possible In Order To Choose The Best Possible Service Provider For A Particular Service. The Services Consist Of Carrying Out Assessment Centers To Map The Competencies Of Internal And External Candidates In The Context Of A Selection And Development Centers To Map The Competencies And Potential Of Internal Candidates In The Context Of A Reorientation Or Development Process. There Must Be The Possibility To Assess Some Additional Competencies When A Candidate Has Already Completed A Complete (Still Valid) Assessment Or Development Center. Given The International Character Of Enabel, These Assessment And Development Centers Must Also Be Able To Be Carried Out Remotely.
