The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Planning, Financing, Construction And Operational Handover Of A New Chp System To Replace The Existing Chp System As Well As Its Transfer To The Client As Part Of A Lease Agreement At The Knappschaft Kliniken Universitätsklinikum Bochum Gmbh Location, In Der Schornau 23-25, 44892 Bochum. The New Chp Serves As A Replacement For The Existing System And Will Be Built In The 3Rd Basement Of The Technology Center Next To The Existing Gas Boilers. A Compact Chp Module Is Planned With A Net Electrical Output Of Approximately 377 Kw (Permissible Range 345-400Kw), A Thermal Output Of Approximately 510 Kw (Permissible Range 440-550 Kw), An Overall Efficiency Of At Least 88% And A Fuel Output Of A Maximum Of 999 Kw. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Creation Of The Implementation Planning Including Necessary Approvals, Delivery, Assembly And Ready-To-Use Installation, Commissioning And Functional Testing Including Necessary Acceptance, Adjustment And Optimization, Hydraulic And Electrical Integration, Msr/Bms/Ems Connection, Technical Documentation As Well As Technical Support And Full Service Including Maintenance, Repairs And Fault Management. The Lease And Full Service Contract Are To Be Concluded For 10 Years. In Addition, A Separate Service Contract Will Be Concluded For The Maintenance And Repair Of The Existing Systems That Will Continue To Be Operated, With A Term Of 3 Years And An Extension Option Of 2 Years.
