This Consultation Concerns Maintenance And Cleanliness Services For Public Spaces (Including Green Spaces). The Framework Agreement Was Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure (Article L.2124-2 And R.2124-2 Of The Public Procurement Code). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R.2162-2 To R.2162-6 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year From Its Date Of Notification. It May Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times For A Period Of One Year Each, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Minimum Annual Amount Of 30,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 90,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Including For Renewal Periods. The City Is Committed To A Socially Responsible Purchasing Policy Approach With The Aim Of Contributing To Improving The Conditions Of Disabled And Disadvantaged Workers Targeted By This Consultation. This Market Is Therefore Reserved For Integration Structures Through Economic Activity Or Equivalent Structures As Well As Adapted Companies, Establishments And Work Assistance Services Or Equivalent Structures When They Employ A Minimum Proportion Of 50% Of Their Workforce Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged Workers In Accordance With Articles L.2113-12, L.2113-13, L.2113-14 And R 2113-7 Of The Public Order Code. It Is Specified That The Holder Is Bound By An Obligation Of Result. For A Better Understanding Of The Need, A Site Visit Is Recommended
