Repair And Maintenance Services Of Central Heating – Operation With Guaranteed Energy Performance Of Heating, Domestic Hot Water Production, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations In Municipal Buildings. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Stipulations Of This Specific Ccap Administrative Clauses Book Concern A Pf And/Or Cpe Type Operating Contract, Depending On The Buildings, And Maintenance Of Heating, Ventilation/Air Conditioning And Domestic Hot Water Production Installations (Where They Exist) Of Various Buildings Belonging To The City Of Vauréal. These Installations Are Described In The Inventories In Appendix No. 4. This Contract Is At A Firm Price With Regard To The P2 Services And The P3 Part Of The Heat, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations. In The Absence Of Indication, In The Act Of Commitment, Of The Domicile Chosen By The Contractor Near The Works, Notifications Relating To The Contract Will Be Validly Made To The Town Hall Of Vauréal Until The Contractor Has Informed The Person Responsible For The Contract Of The Address Of The Domicile He Has Chosen.
