Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Framework Agreement For The Traffic Safety Work Of The Northern Finland Vitality Center 2027 - 2029. Based On This Framework Agreement, The Customer Performs The Following Tasks: - A. Tasks Of The Traffic Safety Operator - B. Promotion Of Movement Control And Accessibility - C. Other Unspecified Expert Tasks Related To Traffic Safety Issues, Such As Preparation Of Road Sign Decisions, Various Reports And Plans. Scheduling And Coordination, Organization And Monitoring Of Activities And Events In Accordance With The Action Plan - Supporting And Developing Traffic Safety Work In The Area In Order To Increase The Voluntary Cooperation Of Local Operators - Increasing The Cooperation Of Traffic Safety Operator Areas And Traffic Safety Operators And Developing Operating Models And Events - Planning And Developing Existing And New Products, Events, Operating Models In Cooperation With All Parties - Up-To-Date Maintenance Of The Joint Interaction Portal - Traffic Safety Plans Monitoring Of Measures, Updating Lists Of Measures (Including New Needs) - Preparation Of Small Traffic Safety Improvement Reviews, When Separately Agreed (E.G. Audits, Etc.). - Monitoring The Measures Of The Provincial Traffic Safety Plan In Cooperation With The Municipalities And The Vitality Center - Promoting Movement Control And Accessibility; Small Current Status Reviews And Reports And Action Presentations Basically, The Areas Of The Traffic Safety Operator Work In North Ostrobothnia And Kainuu Provinces Are Divided Into 3-6 Operational Areas, For Which The Framework Contract Supplier Is Selected As The Responsible Traffic Safety Operator. Basically, There Is One Traffic Safety Operator In Each Operational Area. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Determine The Size And Number Of Operating Areas. In Addition, With This Assignment, Certain Sets Of Tasks Can Be Assigned Regardless Of This Operator Area Division. Tasks Are Defined In More Detail In The Relevant Order And In The Task-Specific Action Plan And Cost Estimate Made By The Service Provider. The Consultant Must Handle The Assignments Related To The Framework Agreement Independently. In The Framework Agreement, Technical Quality Responsibility Belongs To The Consultant. The Service Provider Is Responsible For Producing, Monitoring And Reporting The Quality Of His Own Product. The Consultant Must Manage The Implementation Of The Project As Well As The Activities Of The Stakeholders And Their Needs. The Content Of The Framework Agreement Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Documents And Its Appendices.
