Repair And Maintenance Services – Repair And Modification Of The Existing Ventilation Equipment 55 And 56 For Ventilation Of Barrier Breeds In The Clients Menagerie. The Goal Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Contract For The Work, Which Will Adjust The Conditions And Requirements For The Subject Of Performance, The Purpose Of Which Is The Repair Of Air-Conditioning Units No. 55 And 56 For Ventilation Of Barrier Breeding In The Fb Pavilion (The Clients Menagerie). The Existing Units Will Be Dismantled Into Components And The Individual Chambers Rearranged In A New Order. Before Reassembling The Individual Chambers Of The Unit, The Internal And External Surfaces Of The Chambers Will Be Thoroughly Cleaned. When Re-Installing The Hvac Units, It Will Be Necessary To Connect Them To The Existing Hvac Piping. As Part Of These Works, It Will Be Necessary To Have New Air Duct Fittings Manufactured, Or To Modify Existing Ones. Before The Actual Implementation, The Selected Contractor Will Have To Determine His Own Work Procedure And At The Same Time Follow The Established Work Schedule, Which Forms Appendix No. 3 Zd. The Performed Works Will Be Carried Out Gradually, The Expected Progress Of The Works Is As Follows: • Removal Of Ventilated Farms Vzt 55 • Modification Of The Bypass Between Vzt 55 And 56 • Complete Repair Of Vzt 55 And Commissioning • Relocation Of Breeding From Ventilated Operations Vzt 56 • Modification Of The Bypass Between Vzt 55 And 56 • Complete Repair Of Vzt 56 And Commissioning • Complete Tests After The Installation Of The Hvac Equipment And All Related Professions • Handing Over The Work During The Repairs, The Operation Of The Fb Building Must Not Be Endangered, Caused In Particular By The Stoppage Of The Supply Of Hot And Cold Water, Drinking Water, Electricity, And There Must Be No Contamination Of Laboratory Animal Farms Due To The Repairs. The Repair Will Also Include The Supply Of All Assembly And Consumables. The Supplier Must Also Take Into Account That It Will Be Necessary To Replace, Or Add Small Pieces Of Pipelines And Cables, Threaded Rods, Screws, Flexible Supports, Etc.
