The Task Includes Total Consultancy In Connection With The Expansion Of The Facilities At Nature Center Amager Strand And Den Blå Forenings City, This Is Established By The Project Havkraft At Nature Center Amager Strand. An Expansion Of An Active Power Center With A Focus On Community, Learning And Nature Experiences At Øresund Is Being Created Here. The Project Brings Together Teaching, Association Activities And Maritime Experiences And Water Activities, And The Project Offers New Facilities For Both Children, Young People And Adults. The Goal Is To Make Nature More Accessible And Strengthen Communities Across Age And Experience. Sustainability Must Be Prioritized. The Outdoor Areas Must Be Improved And The Existing Facilities Must Be Usable Throughout The Process. The Tendered Task Includes Total Consultancy In Relation To The Phases Specified In Ybl 18. Further Clarification Of The Consultants Services Appears In The Tender Material. The Total Advisor Is Obliged To Coordinate With The Relevant Stakeholders Throughout The Process, Including, But Not Limited To, Byggeri Copenhagen (Byk), The Culture And Leisure Administration (Kff), User Representatives At The Norwegian Hydropower, Climate, Environmental And Technical Administration (Ktf) And Other Authorities And Their Possible Advisors, So That All Relevant Stakeholders Are Heard And, To The Extent Agreed, Catered For In Disposition, Planning And During Execution.
