Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Framework Agreement For Bus Transport Orders At Major Events Within Germany. A Framework Agreement For Bus Driving Assignments Is Being Advertised At The Current Three Daad Scholarship Holder Meetings Per Year Within Germany. The Meetings Take Place At A University Location In Germany (=Event Location). The Number Can Vary Depending On The Daads Funding From Its Donors And Is Determined Annually By The Daad. The Meetings Serve To Deepen The Daads Contacts With Its Scholarship Holders, But Also To Build Networks Between The Recipients. We Also Offer Participants The Opportunity To Listen To Scientific Lectures Or Give A Lecture Themselves. A Cultural Supporting Program And A Joint Final Evening Round Off The Program. The Format Of The Scholarship Holder Meetings, The Locations And Dates Are Determined By The Daad. The Current Format Stipulates That The Events Always Begin On Friday Afternoon When The Participants Arrive And End On Sunday After Breakfast. Around 50 Daad Employees Travel To Provide Support And Usually Take Part In The Entire Program. The Participants Are Usually Accommodated In Four To Five Hotels At The Respective Event Location. The Bus Company Will Bring The Participants In Groups From Their Individual University Locations To The Event Location. The Pickup Locations And The Respective Event Location Are Usually Within A Maximum Radius Of 500 Km. The Daad Determines The Pick-Up Locations And The Number Of People To Be Transported. On Site, The Participants Will Be Transported From The Hotels To The University And Other Locations In The Area (Up To A Maximum Distance Of 50 Km) From The University Location According To The Program.
