The Contract Is Of Mixed Form With A Lump Sum Part (P2 And P3) And A Purchase Order Part (P5). The Contract Includes Both Services And Works. The Part Relating To Service Provision Is Preponderant. This Is A Pfi (Service And Package - Interest) Type Market. It Includes The Following Services: - P2: Operation, Maintenance, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For Production And Distribution Installations For Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Related Installations; - P3: Ger Services For Major Maintenance And Renewal Of Thermal Installations, With Full Guarantee And Transparent Management. This Part Covers Repairs And Replacement, For The Same Or Identical Function, Of All Defective Equipment Linked To Thermal Installations So As To Maintain Them In Good Continuous Working Order. - P5: Carrying Out Work Related To The Maintenance Of Installations And Relating To The Compliance And/Or Improvement Of Equipment
