Subject Of The Contract Tennet Intends To Establish A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Commercial Project Support Services For Offshore Hvdc Infrastructure Projects In Spain. The Services Shall Support The Commercial Management Of Large-Scale Epc Projects And May Include Contract And Claim Management, Cost Controlling/Cost Engineering, And General Commercial Management Activities. Services Will Be Provided Through Individual Call-Offs During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Contractor Shall Provide Suitably Qualified Personnel With Experience In Large-Scale Infrastructure, Offshore, Energy, Or Epc Projects. Local Presence In Spain And Compliance With Applicable National Labor, Tax, And Social Security Regulations Are Required. Location Of Performance: Spain (Primarily Puerto Real And Algeciras).
