Veterinary Services – Framework Agreement On The Disposal Of Animal By-Products In Accordance With Tiernebg And Ag Tiergesg Tiernebg - Relocation. The Coesfeld District Intends To Transfer The Obligation To Dispose Of Animal By-Products In Accordance With Section 3 Paragraphs 1 And 3 Of The Animal By-Products Disposal Act (Tiernebg) From January 1, 2027 To A Private Waste Disposal Company (Entrusted Entrepreneur, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Entrusted Party Or Person Obliged To Dispose Of) By Way Of A Loan, Provided That 1. There Are No Overriding Public Interests Conflicting With This, 2. The The Operation Meets The Requirements For The Respective Type Of Processing Set Out In Articles 6, 8 And 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 142/2011 And 3. It Is Ensured That The Other Provisions Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009, The Legal Acts Issued On The Basis Of This Regulation, The Tiernebg And The Legal Provisions Issued On The Basis Of This Act Are Observed. Activities That Go Beyond This Service Description Are Excluded From The Transfer Of The Disposal Obligation.
