Request For Quotation Car Repair Work

Vehicle Repair Work: The Contractor Undertakes To: 1. Perform Work Of Proper Quality, In Accordance With The Rules And The Current Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; 2. Perform Work In Stationary Conditions At An Auto Center (Sto) In Shchuchinsk, Burabay District, Akmola Region, Taking Into Account Its Production Capabilities And Using Modern Equipment;3. The Contractor Must Not Transfer His Rights And Obligations To Perform Work To Third Parties. Subcontracting Is Not Permitted.4. Use Spare Parts, Original Materials, Of Good Quality And At The Expense Of The Contractor;5. Spare Parts And Materials Must Be Agreed Strictly With The Customer;6. Immediately Correct, At The Customer’S Request, All Identified Deficiencies If, During The Execution Of The Work, The Contractor Made A Deviation From The Terms Of The Contract That Worsened The Quality Of The Work Within Five Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification Without Any Costs On The Customer’S Part.7. Ensure The Safety Of The Car And All Their Removable Parts During The Stay Of Such Cars On The Contractor’S Territory, As Well As Ensure That There Is No Access To The Cars Of Other Unauthorized Persons Until The Customer Receives The Car. The Contractor Bears Financial Responsibility During The Stay Of Such Vehicles On The Contractors Territory.8. If Damage Or Damage Is Caused To The Customer’S Car During The Execution Of Work, The Contractor Undertakes To Eliminate The Defect At His Own Expense Within Five Working Days.9. Provide A Guarantee For Each Work And Materials, Units, Components And Parts Replaced During The Work For A Period Of At Least 30 Days (Or At Least 2,100 Km) From The Date Of Completion Of The Work.10. The Contract Price Includes All Consumables And Labor.
