Mobile-Telephone Services – Framework Agreement On Mobile Phone Services For The City Of Aachen. The Current Requirement Includes Approximately 2,100 Phone Numbers (As Of June 30, 2026). The Service Must Be Designed In Such A Way That Flexible Scaling Of Up To 5,000 Phone Numbers Is Possible During The Contract Term. The Upper Limit From The Evb-It Service Contract Remains Unaffected. Within This Framework, There May Be No Quantity-Related Restrictions Regarding The Provision, Activation Or Deactivation Of Telephone Numbers. Minimum Purchase Quantities Or Volume-Dependent Restrictions That Impair Flexibility Within This Framework Are Not Permitted.
