Description: The European Commission, Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security (DG HR), intends to launch a middle-value negotiated procurement procedure for the provision of an external venue and related services for approximately six trainees Welcome Conferences over the period 20272029, with a maximum contract value of EUR 135,000. The venue must be located in Brussels, within a 2.5 km radius of the Berlaymont building, and accommodate at least 900 participants seated in a single room, while meeting the applicable technical, accessibility, safety, security and logistical requirements. Suitable candidates will be invited to submit a tender in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
