All Features, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, And In The Project Documentation, Which, Together With The Measurement Statement, Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Project Documentation, Including Its Documentary Part, Statements Of The Concerned Authorities, Network Administrators And Other Related Documents, Was Prepared For A Wider Project Unit, Which Also Includes The Kindergarten Building. However, The Implementation Of The Kindergarten Building Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract. Works, Supplies And Services That Relate Exclusively To The Kindergarten Building Are Not Included In The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With The Bill Of Quantities, And The Contractor Therefore Does Not Value Them Or Include Them In The Tender Price Within The Framework Of This Public Contract.
