The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste As Well As The Collection And Management Of Problematic Waste From The Wągrowiec Municipality. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A. Collection From Residential And Uninhabited Properties And Recreational And Leisure Properties Of 1) Mixed Municipal Waste Collected In Containers Or Containers (20 03 01), 2) Biodegradable Green Waste Collected In Containers (20 02 01), 3) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively In Containers Or Bags, Including: A) Glass ( 15 01 07, 20 01 02), B) Paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01), C) Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging Collected Together In One Container Or Bag ( 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40) B. Collection From Residential And Recreational Properties: A) Large-Sized Waste B) Natural Christmas Trees, Provided That Their Collection Will Take Place At The Turn Of January And February 2027 From Residential Properties (20 02 01). C. Collection And Management Of Waste From Residential Properties And Recreational And Leisure Properties: A) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, B) Expired Medicines From Containers Placed In Pharmacies, In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz (20 01 31*, 20 01 32), C) Used Portable Batteries And Accumulators From Public Utility Facilities, In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz (20 01 34), D. Collection From The Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Of Waste Transferred By Residents Indicated In Section 4, Points 1-5 And 9. E. Collection And Management Of Waste Transferred By Residents Indicated In Section 4 From The Municipal Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok). 4 Points 6-8 And 10-11. 3. The Order Does Not Cover The Collection Of Waste Mentioned In Section 4 Points 6-9 And 11, 2) Uninhabited Waste Mentioned In Section 4 Points 5-11. 4.
