Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Communications & Media The Union of Relief and Development Associations (URDA) invites eligible and qualified companies to submit sealed technical and financial offers for: Supply of Media and IT Services Long-Term Agreement 2027 (Lot A media: photography, videography, video production, graphic design, printing, freelance photographers/designers/video editors per day and social media management; Lot B IT: maintenance and support, IT equipment, web hosting and licences; line-by-line award bidders may quote for one, several or all lines; individual freelancers may apply for the freelance lines).
