Tenders Are Invited For Design And Construction Of A Hostel Building

Tenders are invited for Design and Construction of a Hostel Building at Kurunegala for 200 Students for the Faculty of Medicine, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Bids should be submitted on the forms which could be purchased from the Senior Assistant Registrar (Capital Works & Planning Division), Wayamba University of Sri Lanka from 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m on working days from 15th October 2026 up to 12th November 2026 on submission of the receipt for a non-refundable payment of LKR 45,000.00 to the Shroff of the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 2,830,000.00 which should be in favor of Vice Chancellor, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, obtained either from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 08th April 2027 (149 days). The bid security should be "on demand" and "unconditional" and on the format given in the bidding document.
