This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The County Of Grande Prairie (“The County”) To Qualified Consulting Firms To Submit Proposals To Provide Technical Planning, Engineering, Environmental, Mapping, And Related Consulting Services To Support Preparation Of The La Glace Area Concept Plan (Acp) For The Hamlet Of La Glace And Surrounding Lands The Area Concept Plan (Acp) Will Establish A Long-Term Planning Framework For The Hamlet Of La Glace And Surrounding Lands To Guide: • Future Land Use; • Infrastructure Planning; • Transportation Networks; • Environmental Stewardship; • Community Improvements; • Future Subdivision And Development. The County Will Remain Responsible For Project Management, Public Engagement, Policy Direction, Council Reporting, Bylaw Preparation, And Final Acp Adoption. The Successful Consultant Will Focus On Technical Analysis, Studies, Mapping, And Technical Recommendations.
