Credit Granting Services – Granting And Servicing A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 6,900,000.00. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Loan For The Municipality Of Lubartów In The Amount Of Pln 6,900,000.00 Intended To Cover The Planned Budget Deficit And Repayment Of Previously Incurred Loans. 2) Detailed Terms Of The Contract, Including Quality Standards Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law: 2.1) Characteristics Of The Loan: A) Loan Amount: Pln 6,900,000.00 (In Words: Six Million Nine Hundred Thousand, 00/100); B) Purpose Of Lending: Covering The Planned Budget Deficit And Repaying Previously Taken Out Loans; C) The Loan Period Is Set For 2026-2036; D) The Principal Will Be Repaid In 120 Monthly Installments, Payable By The Last Day Of The Month, Starting From January 2027, In The Following Amounts: Installments No. 1 To 24 Of Pln 15,000 Each, Installments No. 25 To 72 Of Pln 60,000 Each (I.E. 48 Installments), Installments No. 73 To 84 Of Pln 65,000 Each (I.E. 48 Installments), Pln Each (I.E. 12 Installments) And Installments From No. 85 To 120 Of Pln 80,000 Each (I.E. 36 Installments); E) Interest Will Be Repaid Monthly, Starting From The Month In Which The Loan Is Disbursed.
