The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Cleaning Of Municipal Roads In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In The Seasons 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Works: A) Plowing - Clearing Snow, Making The Road Passable And Enabling Pedestrians To Use The Roads In Snowfall Conditions Exceeding 5 Cm, B) Appropriate Spreading, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws 2005, No. 230, Item 1960) Chemical Agents On Road Surfaces And/Or Pedestrian Roads In Doses Adapted To The Existing Needs And Weather Conditions, C) Eliminating Slipperiness From The Road Surface And/Or Pedestrian Paths By Manual And Mechanical Sanding, D) Cleaning And Removing Snow And/Or Ice According To The Ordering Partys Instructions, E) Collecting And Removing Slush, Snow, Ice And Other Dirt From The Road And/Or Roads For Pedestrians Pedestrians, F) Emergency Plowing, Sprinkling With Chemicals And/Or Sand, Eliminating Slipperiness, Collecting And Removing Slush, Snow, Ice And Other Dirt From Bicycle Paths, G) Manual And/Or Mechanical Sweeping Of Sand Used To Remove Slipperiness From The Road And/Or Pedestrian Paths, H) Manual And/Or Mechanical Sweeping Of The Road And Pedestrian Paths At The End Of The Season, I) Manual And/Or Emergency Intervention Mechanical Sweeping Of Sand From Bicycle Paths That Are Not Roadways At The End Of The Season, J) Waste Management. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 3. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Based On Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245), Employees Directly Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including: Works Related To Winter Cleaning Of Sidewalks, Roadways And Emergency Bicycle Paths. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees/Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees/Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Pzp Is Entitled To Commission The Contractor With Additional Scope Of Work Resulting From The Option Right, Specified In Annex 14 To The Swz (Annex 2A To The Contract). 2.
