The Obligation For The Delegatee: To Open The Installations, To Ensure The Safekeeping Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, To Ensure The Surveillance Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, To Ensure The Proper Maintenance Of The Works, Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Casino (Games, Entertainment, Catering), The Supply Of Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Casino; ? The Obligation For The Delegatee To Contribute To Tourism Development, And To The Cultural And Artistic Animation Of The Municipality; ? The Obligation For The Delegatee To Organize Attractive Entertainment For The Casino By Organizing Shows, Concerts, Events, Etc. ; ?
