According To The Approved Project, The Production And Delivery Of The Following Materials Is Planned: Production And Delivery Of 210 Sets, Each Of Which Contains: Cotton (Cloth) Bag Usb Memory Stick Conference Folder The Detailed Requirements Are According To The Technical Specification Part Of The Participation Documentation. On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Subject Of Public Procurement Under Specific Item 1. On The Basis Of Art. 80, Para. 1 Of Ppzop, The Public Procurement Is Intended And Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. When Awarding The Public Contract, Persons May Participate, Provided That: At Least 30 Percent Of Their List Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position; The Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Public Procurement; They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject Matter With Their Own Machinery, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Rely On The Capacity Of Third Parties If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People.
