The Aim Is A Solution In Which The Necessary Spatial And Infrastructural Requirements Are Taken Into Account As Part Of The Planning And Implementation Of Phase 1, So That The Smallest Possible Additional Structural Measures, No Further Adaptations To The Premises Or Other Additional Investments Are Required For The Later Implementation Of Phase 2.
