The Detailed Scope Of Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documentation Attached To Annex No. 5, Which Consists Of: 1) Construction Design, 2) Technical Description For The Project, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 4) Water Law Report, 5) Technical Design For The Archaeological And Construction Industry, 6) Technical Design For The Installation And Power Engineering Industry, 7) Land Development Design, 8) Decision No. 1249/2026,9) Minutes Of The Coordination Meeting No. Wg.6630.660.2026 Of July 31, 2026.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Provides A 60-Month Warranty Against Defects For The Works Performed, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance.5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Determines The Requirements For The Contractors Employment, Based On The Employment Relationship, Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Consisting In The Execution Of Structural Elements (Foundations, Foundation Slabs, Ceilings), External And Internal Sanitary Works And Electrical Works.
