The Task Includes The Execution Of Joints In Nine Facilities In The Sułkowice Commune In Accordance With The Attached Technical Study.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Recommendations Resulting From The Conditions And Arrangements, Obtain All Required Acceptances, Arrangements, Protocols, Opinions, Permits (Including The Use Permit) - If Required.3.The Detailed Scope Of Work Planned To Be Carried Out Is Described In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Contract.4. Definition Of The Order According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Cpv 45311200-2 - Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations 5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Within Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, In Accordance With The Contract No. 148.3.2/Zi/Olioc/2026 Between The Małopolska Voivode And The Sułkowice Commune.6. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of This Item, They Should Be Treated As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Materials, Devices, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
