1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Parking Lot Described Below.I.1. Construction Of A Parking Lot At The Cemetery In Jankowa. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Parking Lot On Plot No. 519/9 In Jankowa, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, An Exit From The Municipal Road And Land Development. The Scope Of Works Was Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Preparatory And Installation Works And Construction Of The Substructure: • Measurement And Preparatory Works, • Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, • Construction Of External Water Supply Installation, • Execution External Sanitary Sewage System, • Construction Of Electrical Installation, • Earthworks - Drainage And Profiling Of The Area, Excavations And Embankments, • Compaction Of The Subsoil, • Construction Of Lower Layers Of The Foundation. Stage Ii - Construction Of The Surface And Development Of The Area: • Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Foundation, • Construction Of The Surface Of Maneuvering Roads And Exit From Paving Stones, • Construction Of Parking Spaces From Concrete Openwork Slabs, • Installation Of Curbs And Limiting Elements Surface, • Execution Of Small Architectural Elements, • Other Finishing And Cleaning Works. The Scope Of Works Is Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Design Documentation. Note: The Offer Price Must Be Calculated Taking Into Account The Division Of The Order Into Implementation Stages Specified In The Swz, With A Separate Price For Each Stage: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Price For The Implementation Of Stage I (Planned For Implementation In The Current Year) In An Amount Not Exceeding Pln 218 Pln 000.00 Gross And Not Lower Than Pln 210,000.00 Gross (Including Limit Values).2) An Offer In Which The Gross Price For The Implementation Of Stage I Is Lower Than Pln 210,000.00 Or Higher Than Pln 218,000.00 Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.3) Due To The Budgetary Conditions Of The Ordering Party, The Price For The Implementation Of Stage I Should Reflect The Actual And Full Cost Of The Works Planned For This Stage.
