Main Subject: 45.33.00.00-9 Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Worksadditional Subject:50.70.00.00-2 Repair And Maintenance Services For Building Installations50.72.00.00-8 Repair And Maintenance Services For Central Heating50.80.00.00-3 Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services2.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance, Minor Renovations And Repairs In The Field Of Water And Sewage Installations As Well As Central Heating And Hot Water Installations Performed Within The Resources Of The Municipal Buildings Authority In Elbląg, In Particular: 1) Maintenance Works, Minor Renovations And Repairs In The Field Of Water And Sewage Installations As Well As Hot Utility Water And Central Heating Installations Performed According To The Detailed Scope Agreed Each Time With A Given Organizational Unit (Pon I, Pon Ii, Zoh) In The Issued Order Constituting The Basis For The Commencement Of Work, In Accordance With The Framework Scope Of Works Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).2) Works And Maintenance Services In The Field Of Water And Sewage Installations As Well As Hot Water And Central Heating Installations Performed As Part Of The Technical Emergency Service According To The Scope Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). 3) The List Of Buildings Subject To Conservation Is Attached As Annex No. 2A, 2B, 2C To The Contract Template (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).4) Municipal Premises In The Buildings Of Housing Communities Will Each Time Be Indicated In A Separate Order Confirmed By The Ordering Party.
