1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Apartments At Ul. Ks. Leśniewskiego In Sieradz Divided Into Parts: A) Part 1 - Reconstruction Of Premises No. 4 And 4A (On The First Floor) In The Building At Ul. Fr. A. Leśniewskiego 6, From Which Two Independent Premises No. 4A And 4B Will Be Separated.2. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Building At Ul. Father A. Leśniewski At No. 6 In Sieradz. This Building Is Located In An Area Of ​​​​Residential Buildings From The First Half. 20Th Century (In The Powstańców Warszawy Housing Estate) And Is Two-Story With A Basement And An Attic, Partly Residential. The Buildings Manager Is The Municipal Enterprise In Sieradz.
