Subject Matter Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including The Execution Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Czestków B - Dąbrówka, Consisting Of: • Preparation Of The Area For The Execution Of Works • Construction Of An Asphalt Surface • Construction Of Markings • Reconstruction Of Culverts • Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of Roadside Ditches. Attention!!! The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Prepare A Project Of Permanent Road Traffic Organization (Sor) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure In Regarding Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Order• Physical Installation Of Vertical Markings, Road Safety Devices (Brd) And Implementation Of Vertical Markings In Strict Accordance With The Approved Sor Project• Notification Of The Traffic Management Authority, Road Management And The Relevant Police Commander About The Date Of Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization, Observing The Statutory Deadline Of At Least 7 Days Before The Planned Implementation. All Materials Used (Signs, Reflective Foils, Road Paints) Must Have Valid Certificates, Declarations Of Performance And Technical Approvals And Be Approved By The Supervision Inspector Before Their Installation. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. In Order To Document The Inspection, The Contractor Or A Person Authorized By Him, After The Inspection, Should Sign The Inspection Confirming The Inspection On A Report Prepared By The Ordering Party At The Ordering Partys Office, Room No. 7. A Personal Appearance Is Required. This Is A Necessary Condition.
