Piłsudskiego 51 In Grudziądz.2.The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Equipment And Other Elements Not Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Are Necessary For The Proper And Complete Execution Of The Installation.4.A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5.The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Warranty Period.6.The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.7.The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractors To Undergo A Mandatory On-Site Inspection Of Facilities Related To The Implementation Of The Order.
