The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Warehouse With A Steel Structure, For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, On Plot No. 147/4, Located In The Town Of Rozogi, As Part Of Stage I Of The Investment, Including The Construction Of The Facility In A Closed Shell State.2.Scope Of Works:1) Construction Works Earthworks Foundations Steel Structure Of The Hall Roof Light Cladding Of External Walls Substrates And Floors Windows, Doors, Garage Gates2) Sanitary Installations3) Electrical Installations Foundation Earthing Cover Pipes3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Determined In Particular By: 1) Technical Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Building Permit - Decision No. I/363/26 Of October 14, 2026, Constituting Attachments To This Swz.4.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Construct The Building Structure And The Necessary Technological Culverts And Other Elements Enabling The Subsequent Implementation Of The Installations Planned For Stage Ii, In A Way That Ensures The Technical Feasibility Of Their Implementation And Maintaining The Integrity Of Both Stages Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation.
