1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task: Construction Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Geoengineering And Environmental Protection Together With Adjacent Land Development And External Installations At Ul. Dębogórska In Szczecin. The Scope Includes Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Obtaining The Required Data, Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements, And Submitting A Complete Application For A Building Permit. The Documentation Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Subsequent Stages. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) And In The Annexes Thereto. The Components Of The Subject Of The Order That Must Be Provided To The Ordering Party Are Indicated In § 2 Of The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of All Supplementary Studies And Carrying Out The Procedures Necessary For The Design And Subsequent Implementation Investment, In Particular: A Current Map For Design Purposes, Inventory Of The Area And Utilities, Geotechnical Research And Documentation, Obtaining Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Derogations, Permits And Decisions Required By Regulations Or Adopted Design Solutions, As Well As Coordinating The Project With Documentation And Works Related To The Surrounding Area. Authors Supervision Is Not An Element Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party May Commission The Authors Supervision To A Designer Of His Choice As Part Of A Separate Procedure. Obtaining The Final Decision On A Building Permit Is Not Included In The Order Execution Deadline. The Scope And Deadline For The Order Execution Include The Preparation And Submission Of A Complete Application For A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. After The Expiry Of The Contractual Period, The Contractor Remains Obliged To Provide Free Explanations And Remove Documentation Deficiencies Resulting From The Authoritys Requests, Until The End Of The Administrative Proceedings, On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template (Under Guarantee And Warranty). Any Studies Regarding Technical, Construction, Fire And Other Expertise Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
