12.1. Main Subject. The Subject Of The Construction Project In The Design And Build Formula Is The Implementation Of The Order Called Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. G110941r Ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego On Plots No. 585,710,718 And Ul. Zielona No. G 110934R On Plots No. 586/2, 611/1 Located In Sieniawa, District 0010. The Order Includes The Design Part: - Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design, - Obtaining A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or A Building Permit Decision (Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney), - Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including A Water And Legal Permit For Reconstruction, Construction Of Water Facilities And Special Use Of Water (Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney), - Preparation Of Detailed Designs For The Road, Electrical And Sanitary Industries, - Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And An Investor Cost Estimate, - Preparation Of Information Regarding Health And Safety, - Preparation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project. Scope Of Reconstruction: - Reconstruction Of The Road, - Reconstruction Of Sidewalks,  Reconstruction Of The Drainage System,  Construction Of Parking Spaces,  Construction Of Street Lighting,  Protection Of Collisions With Existing Underground Utility Networks,  Construction Of Road Marking And Safety Devices. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney. 12.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Arrangements/Decision (Together Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz) Constitute The Basis For Preparing The Contractors Price Offer For The Implementation Of The Task Including: A) Developing Design Documentation (Technical, Executive) Along With All Legally Required Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting A Report On The Execution Of Works Construction,B) Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works.
